American Tourister Luggage Lifetime Warranty?
During my December 2022 trip to India, I acquired a suitcase from a local shop in Delhi that sold American Tourister Luggage, a globally recognized brand. This particular suitcase was accompanied by a lifetime warranty. Upon my return to India in January 2024 and as I prepared to travel back to Canada on February 5th, 2024, I discovered a two-inch cut on the suitcase during the packing process. Curious about the warranty coverage, I approached the shop, and to my pleasant surprise, the salesman assured me that they would honor the warranty and provide a replacement. Remarkably, within seven days I received a new suitcase at no cost. I express my gratitude to the helpful salesman at the store, for his assistance in addressing this issue and facilitating the provision of a complimentary replacement suitcase.
